ABS Sensor for Audi/ 8D0927803B/wheel speed

As the"eye"of the ABS system, the 8D0927803B uses a mature electromagnetic induction principle to monitor speed. Its structure consists of a sensor head fixed on the front axle and a gear ring that rotates synchronously with the wheel. When the wheel rotates, the teeth of the gear ring alternately pass through the sensor head, causing periodic changes in the surrounding magnetic field, and then generating an alternating electrical signal directly related to the speed in the sensor head coil. This signal conversion method has natural stability and provides a high-quality foundation for subsequent data processing.

High quality is reflected in the accuracy of its sensing performance. The sensor can capture subtle speed fluctuations of 0.1 revolutions per second, and the measurement error can be controlled within ±0.5%. This combination of high sensitivity and high accuracy ensures that the tendency of wheel lockup can be detected in the first time during emergency braking.
