Rapid Heating, Stable Temperature: During a cold start in winter, the smart valve can remain closed, allowing the engine coolant to circulate in a "small loop," which helps the engine heat up faster. Once the target temperature is reached, the valve opens minimally as needed to deliver heat steadily to the cabin, avoiding the initial blast of cold air and subsequent sudden overheating common in traditional systems. -
Eliminate "Hot Air at the Feet": When using the AC in summer, even with the heating turned off, a traditional valve that doesn't close tightly or heat radiation from the engine can allow residual heat into the cabin, creating the awkward situation of a "cold face but hot feet." The tight sealing characteristic of the smart valve can completely block the heat source, ensuring pure cooling effect and improving comfort.

On-Demand Distribution, Reduced Energy Consumption: Cabin heating in EVs primarily relies on PTC heaters (high energy consumption) or heat pump systems. By working in synergy with the heat pump system, the smart valve can precisely control the proportion of heat directed to the cabin and the battery pack. It provides exactly the amount of heat needed, preventing frequent activation of the PTC heater, which drastically reduces the energy consumption of the climate control system and directly translates into increased driving range in winter. -
Waste Heat Utilization, Turning Waste into Value: While driving, components like the motor and electronic controller generate waste heat. The smart valve can divert this waste heat to prioritize battery warming or cabin heating, reducing the reliance on the battery's own energy for heating, thereby achieving high-efficiency energy recycling.
